In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will help optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and contribute to our overall success. We're at a pivotal stage of growth. Systems are being built, expansion is underway, and new opportunities are emerging, but many processes are still manual, inconsistent, or dependent on leadership. We are looking for an Operations Specialist to step into this gap. This is not a management role, but it is a high-impact role. This position is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and can take a vision and turn it into execution without constant direction. You will be responsible for helping implement systems, organizing key business functions, and driving projects forward across operations, marketing, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who: Sees what's broken and fixes it Builds structure where there is chaos Takes initiative instead of waiting Can juggle multiple projects and still follow through
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Improvement (Comcash + Operations) Assist in setting up and Comcash POS and inventory system Help build workflows for product setup, inventory tracking, and daily use Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and breakdowns in current systems Work alongside leadership to improve and standardize processes Support team training and ensure adoption across stores
- Inventory & Operational Visibility Help create clarity around inventory: what we have, where it is, and what's coming Support organization of inventory across warehouse and store locations Assist in building simple, scalable systems for tracking and accuracy Identify and help solve recurring operational issues
- Marketing Support & KPI Tracking Build and maintain simple dashboards to track marketing performance (traffic, engagement, promotions, sales trends) Help identify what is working and what is not Support better decision-making through clear, organized data Assist with tracking promotions, campaigns, and in-store performance Review and improve website structure, clarity, and accuracy Update content to reflect current offers, messaging, and branding • Event Planning & Execution Assist with planning and organizing in-store and community events Help coordinate logistics, setup, and promotion Create repeatable systems and checklists for future events Ensure events align with brand and create a strong customer experience
