Job Description

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to support daily office and field operations. This role helps keep work moving by assisting with communication, scheduling, task tracking, documentation, follow-up, and general operational coordination. The right candidate will be reliable, professional, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to keep information organized in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily operational and administrative workflows Monitor emails, messages, notes, and task lists for action items Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up Maintain task lists, trackers, work plans, and operational notes Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and leadership as assigned Collect, review, and organize documents, reports, and operational information Support field personnel with assignment details, updates, and documentation needs Help identify overdue, incomplete, or unclear tasks Escalate urgent issues, missed deadlines, or operational concerns to leadership Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all company matters Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Is highly organized and dependable Communicates clearly and professionally Pays attention to detail Follows up without needing constant reminders Can manage multiple priorities at once Is comfortable using email, Microsoft Teams, calendars, spreadsheets, and shared files Can work independently while keeping leadership informed Takes ownership of assigned tasks Required Qualifications Administrative, operations, scheduling, office support, or related experience preferred Strong computer and communication skills Ability to organize information and track deadlines Ability to work in an office environment and support daily business needs Ability to handle confidential information appropriately How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and a brief summary of relevant experience in office support, operations support, scheduling, administrative coordination, or related work.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
