Fri Rate:

$117 per hour (1099) $4,680 per week, and $18,720 Per month

Contract:

6-month assignments with the high chances of extension.

Location and Schedule :

Corcoran

• 1x10 OR 2x10 Self Choice Schedule During the week day only. Delano
• Monday
• Friday 0700
• 1500. Wasco
• 1x10 Choice of schedule Mon/Tue/Thurs OR Fri. Inquire about working 1x10

Optometrist:

Optometrist shall ensure that all ordered Optometry services will be scheduled consistent with the Optometry need. Optometrist will provide examination, diagnosis, treatment, prescription information, and simple repairs only, in accordance with Business and Professions Code Optometrist shall maintain continuity of all work performed from start to finish. Optometrist:
