A well-established, collaborative orthopedic group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving hospital-employed practice in a high-volume, patient-centered environment in western Kentucky with strong referral support and an experienced clinical team.

Position Highlights:

Immediate patient volume and established referral network Hospital-employed position within a cohesive orthopedic team consisting of five physicians and five physician assistants Physician will provide coverage across two clinical locations just minutes apart, supporting both outpatient and procedural care settings Flexible bread-and-butter orthopedic practice Access to a modern outpatient clinic and dedicated surgical/procedure and operating room time within a community hospital setting Support from experienced physicians and advanced practice providers Integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) across inpatient and outpatient settings Focus on efficient workflow, quality outcomes, and long-term practice growth
