Working closely with international cross functional groups (Customer Experience, Plant Leads, Control Tower, Logistics, etc.) The Outbound Specialist will maintain processes and solutions which best satisfies all markets' demand while adhering to manufacturing plant's requirements with the goal of customer satisfaction. Outbound Specialist will work closely with Regional & Global teams to ensure all defects identified have a robust containment action in the manufacturing plant and monitors for corrective actions for effectiveness. In addition, the Outbound Specialist will actively roll out key quality initiatives / standards / best practices to respective plants / locations and help train, coach and monitor. United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree5+ years of manufacturing and/or quality experienceExperience with vehicle certification, inspection processes, and/or QMSStrong Project Management, Organizational & Communication skillsActive leadership and ability to influence others often without direct authorityDemonstrated planning/priority setting and problem-solving skillsExperience and working knowledge of Quality data systems (Quantic, PFS, QMS, Claim Analyzer, MCV, MSP, etc.), and strong skills of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Ability to analyze, synthesize and translate dataAbility to train in both classroom and shop-floor settingsAbility to work autonomously and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work flexible schedule to accommodate time zones in other countries/marketsRegular travel to all NA Assembly plants, yards, ports and dealership including locations in Canada and Mexico, will be required

Preferred Qualifications:
