Fall City Floating provides shuttle and tube rental services to make floating the Snoqualmie River safer, more fun, and environmentally sustainable. We're a local small business heading into our 12th summer season , and we're looking for fun, energetic, and outdoor-loving team members to join us for Summer 2026! About Us We're a tight-knit team of around 60 seasonal staff who work hard, laugh a lot, and love the river life. We host team events throughout the summer to keep the vibes strong, and many of our crew return year after year. Now Hiring:

Outdoor Crew Member Outdoor Crew Members are the hands-on heroes of the operation. You'll prepare rental gear, help guests check in and out equipment, and keep the day flowing, especially when it's busy. You'll also help guests load onto shuttles and make sure everything is safe, clean, and organized. What you'll do: Fill and prep customer and rental tubes Check equipment in and out efficiently Help guests board shuttles Keep staging areas tidy and stocked Support the team in creating a smooth guest experience Perks of the job: Work outside in a beautiful setting Fun, social team environment Build real-world experience (great for first-time workers!)
