Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, scrubbing and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces remain pristine and safe for guests and staff Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas with attention to detail Assist with janitorial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and deep cleaning projects as needed Support hotel housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Use industrial cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Ensure all cleaning activities meet health standards and hotel policies for sanitation and hygiene Experience Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Demonstrated janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous Experience with industrial cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus Background in hospitality or hotel environments helps foster understanding of guest service standards Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours is essential Join us as an Overnight Houseman and play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests!
