Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleans ash from boiler grates
• Ensures adequate supply of hog fuel
• Maintains high standard of housekeeping
• Self-motivated
• Learn all aspects of boiler operations
• Work in confined spaces and operate mobile equipment
• Learn and retain complex processes throughout boiler
• Safely complete complex process equipment large lockouts
• Follow company values and principles
• Boiler experience is desirable, but not required
• Wage Depends on experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
• Work rotating 12-hour (day & night) shift
• Available to work overtime and shutdowns as needed to facilitate the effective operation of the Boiler
• Attend trainings and achieve passing scores
