GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Our ultimate day to day goal is to achieve Woodloch's motto of "Treat every guest as if they are company in your own home" through providing Advanced First Aid care to our guests, staff, and Woodloch Springs residents, and ensuring the safety and security of all Woodloch properties in a hospitable and professional manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Advanced First Aid responsibilities.
- Patrol all Woodloch properties.
- Respond to all fire, burglar, and environmental alarms.
- Internal investigation and reports.
- Respond to requests for other departments.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Promotion to supervisor is possible based on job performance.QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. EMS certifications a plus.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively to customers and other employees.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, andREGISTRATIONS
Clean valid Driver's license required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
