In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and maintain smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Carefully pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and organize inventory Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, order picking, and shipping documentation Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition before dispatch Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse distribution areas Collaborate with team members on order picking, packing, shipping & receiving tasks to meet daily targets Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and handling materials properly Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in order fulfillment, picking & packing, and shipping & receiving processes Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and warehouse operations Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload items efficiently Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing distribution activities is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy in order processing Join us in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a difference!
