In this role, you will be responsible for operating various printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining efficient workflows. Your expertise in screen printing, prepress processes, color management, and graphic design will be essential to delivering exceptional print products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative print advertising projects and support the seamless manufacturing of printed materials across diverse formats. Duties Operate and monitor printing machinery including flexo presses, CNC machines, and other specialized equipment to produce high-quality prints. Prepare printing materials by setting up screens, adjusting color profiles, and ensuring proper alignment for consistent results. Manage prepress tasks such as layout design, typography adjustments, and color calibration using Adobe Creative Suite tools. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to color accuracy, registration, or material defects. Maintain safety standards by operating forklifts when necessary and adhering to manufacturing protocols. Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to refine print layouts and ensure specifications meet client expectations. Qualifications Proven experience in screen printing, flexo press operation, or CNC machining within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of prepress procedures, color management techniques, and layout design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for preparing print-ready files. Familiarity with quality control standards specific to print advertising and packaging industries. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; certification is a plus. Basic understanding of typography and print layout design principles. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and consistency in production processes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
