Painter

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help bring visions to life, enhance building aesthetics, and protect surfaces with precision and care. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately determine project scope and specifications Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, stucco application, and restoration work to ensure smooth finishes Ability to finish drywall is a plus. Execute specialized painting tasks such as industrial coating applications or masonry finishing as required Install fixtures, trim carpentry, moldings, and perform renovation or remodeling tasks to enhance interior and exterior surfaces Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Experience Proven experience in residential/commercial painting with a strong understanding of color theory and surface preparation techniques Hands-on experience with commercial and construction painting projects across various settings Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading blueprints or schematics accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and industrial equipment for painting and surface finishing Knowledge of construction site safety standards along with experience working on active construction or renovation sites Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your expertise in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$25.53 - $30.74 per hour
