Job Description

Position summary Carma Coatings is looking for a highly motivated Industrial Liquid Painter to apply liquid coatings on a variety of parts according to a daily production schedule. Responsibilities Review the daily paint schedule and materials list to verify you are painting the correct parts in the correct color/paint system. Set up and operate liquid spray equipment and spray booths for production painting. Apply liquid coatings with consistent coverage, finish, and target mil thickness, following company procedures and job requirements. Inspect your own work for runs, thin spots, misses, or obvious defects and make corrections as needed to meet quality expectations. Work with the production team to keep jobs moving and meet the daily schedule. Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, and the booth area to keep equipment in good working order. Follow basic safety and PPE requirements so work is done safely and efficiently. What we're looking for Highly motivated, reliable person who can follow a daily schedule and stay on task with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail to ensure correct color/system, proper coverage, and consistent coating thickness. Familiarity with mils or willingness to learn is a plus. Quality‑minded and willing to take constructive feedback from leads and inspectors to improve and hold a consistent standard. Comfortable working in an industrial, hands-on environment (on your feet, lifting, handling parts/ paint). Prior liquid painting or spray experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate from another trade or industry background who brings solid work ethic and the ability to learn.
