Paramedic - 911 Emergency Services (Oregon Coast) Pacific West Ambulance | Lincoln County, OR Pacific West Ambulance is the primary 911 provider for Lincoln County. From the high-energy summer surges of Lincoln City to the relaxed small town feel of Waldport, and every gorgeous mile of coastal beauty in between, our team handles nearly 10,000 calls annually. We are seeking high-caliber Paramedics who thrive on clinical autonomy in a fast-paced but deeply rewarding 911 environment. Flexible Scheduling:
We use a quarterly shift bid system so you can find the rhythm that fits your life. 12-
Hour Shifts:
4-on, 4-off rotation. 24-
Hour Shifts:
24-on, 48-off rotation.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership:
Lead 911 emergency responses and high-acuity inter-facility transports, sometimes acting as the solitary ALS provider on scene.
Advanced Intervention:
Perform ALS techniques with precision and confidence, to provide top-tier patient care.
Seamless Coordination:
Maintain clear, professional communication with hospital staff, families, and co-responders.
Community Presence:
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse coastal population and participate in local community support initiatives.

Position Requirements Licensure:
Current Oregon Paramedic License (or ability to obtain by start date).
Certifications:
CPR, ACLS, PALS
(or equivalent), and PHTLS.
Driving:
Valid Driver's License with a clean record. (Ages 21+ preferred; applicants within 6 months of 21 with an unblemished driving record will be considered).
Screening:
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Location:
