Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout hotel as assigned.
Pick up trash and empty trash containers.
Perform light repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
Wash windows.
Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks.
Examine property for safety hazards; reports problems to appropriate staff.
Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational.
Ensure that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
Modify scope of cleaning and maintenance based on specified needs of this hotel (guest, parking facilities, etc.)
Perform other related duties as required.
