This position is needed for the remainder of the 25/26 school year and extends into the full 26/27 academic year. Work on-site Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 3:00pm, making a positive impact each day. What You'll Bring:

Experience working as a paraprofessional or classroom assistant, preferably in special education environments Familiarity or background in supporting students with autism spectrum disorders Skills in de-escalation and responding to behavioral challenges Ability to assist with self-care tasks as needed throughout the school day Strong sense of empathy and resilience in demanding situations Reliability and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and staff
