Travel assignmentQualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state (or eligibility). Experience providing hospital or outpatient therapy services, preferably within diverse care teams. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and families. Dedication to upholding professional ethics, confidentiality, and organizational values. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Modify therapy interventions to promote optimal recovery and safe return to community activities. Delegate and direct therapy services, ensuring smooth and functional program delivery. Serve as a mentor and educator to patients, families, students, and peers. Maintain clear, timely medical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
