Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling depending on patient needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Active state Physical Therapy licensure, or eligibility to obtain Recent experience delivering therapy in hospital or outpatient settings Strong grasp of clinical documentation standards and evidence-based treatment Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical standards Ability to promote safety and adhere to organizational protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized, functional treatment plans Communicate goals and progress effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and continuing education Educate patients, families, and colleagues to support recovery and skills development Maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines and clinic policies
