Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them to available parking spots with clear communication Safely operate vehicles in parking areas, including valet parking when required Manage cash transactions accurately for parking fees, issuing receipts and handling cash with integrity Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety, enforce parking policies, and prevent theft or vandalism Assist customers with questions or concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs Keep accurate records of cash flow, vehicle entries/exits, and incident reports as needed Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in valet parking or driving preferred Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members Experience in cashiering or cash handling with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all visitors Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods throughout shifts Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele more effectively Previous dealership or retail experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in delivering outstanding service while ensuring safety and efficiency in our parking operations.
