PartTime The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized part-time accounting assistant. As the Part-Time Accounting Assistant, you will provide support with bookkeeping and accounting tasks that maintain and support company growth with accurate and timely financial data.

What You'll Do:

Job Duties include, but not limited to: Efficiently sorting and distributing incoming mail to the appropriate team members. Matching credit card receipts with monthly statements Maintaining a high standard of organization for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) filing systems (physical and digital). Assist other tasks or special projects as assigned. Always represents the company in a professional manner

What It Takes:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years working in accounting/bookkeeping Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting data, basic sums). Strong alphabetical and numerical filing skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial records.
