Job Description

Boutique Retail Assistant Manager Part-Time 20-30 Hours Per Week We are looking for a motivated, fashion loving Assistant Manager to join our boutique team. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys styling customers, building relationships, creating an inviting shopping experience, making sales, and thriving in a fast paced retail environment. What We're Looking For Enthusiasm for fashion, styling, and current trends Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Someone who enjoys connecting with customers and building relationships Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, organized, and self motivated Leadership experience in retail preferred Weekend availability is required Ability to work independently while also leading a team Schedule & Availability 20-30+ hours per week Weekend availability required Consistent/set schedule possible for the right candidate Responsibilities Lead the sales floor and create an elevated customer experience Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures Drive sales goals and team performance Assist with inventory management, merchandising, buying, and restocking Maintain visual standards throughout the boutique Support website product listings and inventory accuracy Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Provide leadership and support to sales associates and key holders Assist with loss prevention and operational organization What Success Looks Like Delivering personalized customer service that creates loyal clients Maintaining a welcoming, stylish, and organized store environment Supporting monthly sales goals and boutique growth Leading by example with professionalism, initiative, and positivity Training & Growth This position includes a structured 60-day training period with a 30-day progress touch base. Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
