$20.00 Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time HR Assistant to support the daily human resources operations of our assisted living facility. This position assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee orientation, and maintaining compliance with AHCA standards and healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a healthcare or assisted living environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates Assist with recruiting and hiring processes Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation Ensure compliance with AHCA requirements and company policies Track employee certifications, background screenings, and required documentation Assist with staff scheduling, training records, and compliance reporting Respond to employee questions and provide administrative HR support Maintain confidentiality of employee information Qualifications Previous HR or administrative experience preferred Experience in assisted living, healthcare, or long-term care strongly preferred Knowledge of AHCA standards and compliance requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening and drug screening Benefits Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Part-Time Three days per week Flexible weekday schedule availablePay:
