Part-Time Standby Caregiver

We have an immediate opening for Part-Time Standby Caregivers at Home Helpers Home Care! This is a unique opportunity to earn a daily stipend just for being available! In this role, you'll be on call during designated hours, and if you're matched with a client, you'll receive an hourly wage in addition to your daily stipend .

Standby Hours:

Weekdays:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-10:00

PM OR Weekends:

Responsibilities:

Be available and prepared to assist clients during your on-call shift Help clients live safely and independently at home Assist with daily tasks like meal prep, light housekeeping, hygiene, transfers, errands, and companionship Monitor clients for safety or health concerns and communicate with the care team What You Need to

Succeed:

Strong work ethic and reliability A kind, patient, and compassionate attitude Willingness to learn through paid training Ability to assist with physical tasks (e.g., rolling in bed, transferring) Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you!

Requirements:
