In this critical role, you'll provide service to our customer base and also support our repair and maintenance operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and every part is accurately accounted for while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and/or accessories Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts Address inquiries via phone or in person while demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism Skills Strong knowledge of small engines and maintenance and repair processes Excellent communication skills and positive attitude Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures and Microsoft Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment If you thrive on helping customers find solutions, enjoy working with small engine parts, and possess excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!
