Type:

Three - month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer

Schedule:

8-hour shift between 7:30AM and 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay:

$19.00 Per hour Responsibilities of the

Patient Care Coordinator:

• Check in/out patients
• address patient requests thate via patient portal such as clinical questions, medication refill request and schedule appointments
• Answer phones.
• Submit insurance authorization for procedures and medication and generate referrals using various insurance portals.
• Copay collection
• Insurance verification
• Communicate patient messages to providers.

Qualifications for the

Patient Care Coordinator:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience
• Medical office experience
• EPIC experience preferred but not required Why work for Adecco?
