Delta Health is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate Patient Access Specialist to support patients, families, and clinical staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do Register ED patients and verify demographic and insurance informationAnswer phones, greet patients and visitors, and coordinate communicationTrack admissions, transfers, consults, and pediatric patientsUpload documents and maintain accurate records in the EHRAssist with patient transfers, specimen transport, and department coordinationSupport patient safety, security, and efficient ED operations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of relevant experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsComputer proficiency required (MEDITECH a plus)Knowledge of medical terminology and patient registration preferred Why Join Delta Health?
