The Patient Access Specialist serves as a key point of contact for patients and families. In this role, youll support a positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and basic financial processes while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

This is an entry-level opportunity that offers on-the-job training and exposure to healthcare operations.

A Day in the Life ofAs a Patient Access Specialist, youll start your day greeting and assisting patients in person or by phone. Youll help register patients, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information while entering accurate data into our systems.

Throughout the day, youll explain copays or other financial responsibilities as needed, protect patient confidentiality, and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow running smoothly.
