$20hour Position Overview You'll be working in a healthcare administrative environment supporting patient services and medical documentation processing. This role is a mix of clerical support, patient access, and customer service, ensuring accurate handling of medical records and documentation in a fast-paced setting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into healthcare administration or grow within patient access and medical operations. What You'll Be Doing + Medical documentation: + Process and fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB-92 forms, and itemized statements + Clerical support: + Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, indexing, and organizing documents + Mail handling: + Sort, track, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence + Claims & records processing: + Work with claims from multiple sources and manage electronic files and work queues + Customer service: + Support internal teams and external partners by providing accurate and timely information + Accuracy matters: + Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is processed correctly and efficiently Required Qualifications (Must-Have) + High school diploma + Previous administrative or office support experience + Familiarity with medical terminology + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and research information when needed + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have Skills + Experience with EPIC system + Healthcare or patient access experience + Strong customer service background + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Data entry and 10-key experience Work Schedule + Monday-Friday (full-time) + Shift starts between 6:30 AM- 7:30 AM + Various departmental schedules available based on placement Work Environment + On-site healthcare facility + Team-oriented office setting + Fast-paced with high volume of documentation and requests Why This Role + Strong entry point into healthcare + Opportunity to gain experience in patient access and medical administration + Hands-on exposure to healthcare systems and processes + High-demand skill set with career growth potential Compliance Requirements + Drug screen (12-panel) + background check, including: + Criminal history + Employment verification + Education verification + Healthcare sanctions checks +

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00- $20.00hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
