Aug 17, 2026 Job Description Windsor Southeast Supervisory Union (WSESU) is seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our student services team for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will work across our member districts (including Hartland, Weathersfield, and Windsor) to support students with diverse communication needs, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine student eligibility for services. Develop and implement individualized goals as part of the IEP and 504 process. Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to students in individual or small-group settings. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and special education staff to integrate communication goals into the general education curriculum. Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, service logs, and Medicaid billing (if applicable). Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation on assistive technology/AAC where needed. Job Requirements
Education:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Licensure:
Hold or be eligible for Vermont State Board of Education licensure with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certification:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision.
