Our innovative wellness concept combines functional medicine, advanced diagnostics, IV therapy, premium nutritional supplements, and personalized health solutions into one elevated customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly organized Patient Concierge to serve as the face of our brand and help create an exceptional experience for every patient and guest who walks through our doors. Patient Concierge Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm. Guide patients through the onboarding and scheduling process. Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and wellness services. Educate prospective patients about Revvwell's services, programs, and offerings. Assist with retail supplement recommendations and customer purchases. Support the patient journey from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement. Answer incoming calls, emails, and text inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation. Collaborate with clinical and retail staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support membership, package, and wellness program enrollment efforts. Assist with front desk operations, payments, and daily administrative tasks. Build strong relationships with patients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Patient Concierge Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of general professional work experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior sales, retail, hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable discussing wellness products and services with customers. Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude. Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and digital communication tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Interest in wellness, nutrition, fitness, or functional medicine is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, wellness, med spa, fitness, hospitality, or luxury retail environments. Prior experience with membership sales or consultative sales. Familiarity with supplements, wellness services, or functional medicine concepts. Experience handling sensitive customer information with professionalism and discretion.

We specialize in treating the whole person in an integrative manner utilizing the best traditional and holistic protocols available. COEM looks at the Total Body Stress Load - we investiage the Allergic, Toxic, Infectious, and Emotional Loads carried by the patient in addition to their hormonal balance and diet and nutrition. Lifestyle factors are discussed to find the optimal path to health and maintaining that for the long term.
