40 per week About HBox HBox partners with leading specialty clinics to deliver Virtual First Care programs, including Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) for chronic conditions such as asthma. We work directly within clinic workflows to improve patient adherence, reduce exacerbations, and drive better health outcomes. Our programs combine technology, patient engagement, and clinical coordination to ensure patients stay connected to their care teams beyond the clinic. Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Enrollment Specialist to support our Asthma & Allergy clinic partners across New York and New Jersey. This is a field-based, patient-facing role focused on enrolling patients into HBox's Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs. You will work directly with patients during clinic visits, educate them on managing asthma using connected devices and digital tools, and ensure successful onboarding into the program. This role combines patient care, education, and operational coordination with clinic teams. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned clinic locations across NY/NJ to support patient enrollment Enroll eligible patients into RTM programs during clinic visits Educate patients on: Asthma management basics Use of monitoring devices (e.g., peak flow meters, inhaler tracking tools) Symptom tracking and medication adherence Demonstrate device usage and ensure patients are comfortable using them independently Provide clear, compassionate explanations of program benefits and expectations Coordinate closely with clinic staff and providers to integrate enrollment into daily workflows Troubleshoot basic device or onboarding issues Document patient interactions and enrollment status accurately in systems Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting daily/weekly patient enrollment targets High patient activation and engagement rates Positive patient experience and feedback Strong coordination with clinic teams Requirements Prior experience in a patient-facing healthcare role (Medical Assistant, Care Coordinator, or similar) Comfortable working in clinic environments and interacting with patients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain health-related concepts in a simple, clear way Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps, devices, and EMR systems Highly organized and able to manage schedules across multiple locations Willingness to travel across NY/NJ clinics (typically 2-4 locations per week) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience in asthma, pulmonology, or allergy clinics Familiarity with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or RTM programs Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred) Why Join HBox Work directly with leading specialty clinics in a growing healthcare segment Be part of a high-impact program improving chronic disease outcomes Gain hands-on experience with digital health and remote monitoring Clear growth path into roles such as: Senior Enrollment Specialist Additional Information Travel required across multiple clinic locations Training provided on devices, workflows, and patient engagement Fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on patient outcomes
