We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This part-time role is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in patient relations, healthcare administration, and marketing coordination. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position with marketing and community outreach responsibilities. Responsibilities What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Patient Experience & Support:

Conduct follow-ups with patients, particularly those facing emotional challenges with their therapy, to boost motivation and support their journey.

Innovative Care:

Collaborate closely with physical therapy clinicians to craft follow-up activities and referrals, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance clinic operations

Clinic Operations:

Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth calendar for patients and therapists.

Financial Administration:

Collect payments post-therapy sessions, managing financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.

Wellness Check-ins:

Perform compassionate check-ins to assess patients' well-being and satisfaction with their therapy progress. Fax reports to physicians; keep a log of incoming reports Coordinate Insurance verification and track insurance-covered visits; take copayments Check mail; keep track of Explanation of Benefits sent from mail and fax to billing company Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling/patient arrival

Skills & Qualifications Education:

Current coursework or degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Language Skills:

Bilingual in English and Spanish is

to effectively serve our diverse patient population.

Experience:

Medical Front Desk experience is an absolute plus, but we are willing to train smart, motivated candidates with relevant coursework or customer service experience.
