Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Join a dynamic educational setting in Foster, RI, offering a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary-aged students. This full-time or part-time contract position runs from ASAP through June 16, 2026, providing stability and professional growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary students. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
Qualifications and Experience:
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Rhode Island SLP licensure. Experience working in school settings, preferably with an elementary caseload. Strong skills in pediatric speech-language therapy. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
