Looking for a natural, magnetic host — someone who is high-energy without being over-the-top, puts guests at ease instantly, has sharp conversational pacing, and reads the room (knows when to lean in vs. pull back); You'll host a series of mini podcast-style sit-downs throughout the day with different business/potential-client guests — warm intros, guided Q&A, smooth transitions. Prior podcast hosting, emceeing, improv, or on-camera interview experience strongly preferred; Comfortable talking to strangers and keeping energy up over a full day of back-to-back sessions.
Rate:
$300 flat rate

Compensation & Contract Rate:
$300 flat rate
Total Pay:
$300 (est. 8 hours of work)
Additional:
Paid gig: flat rate for the full event day, exact rate to be confirmed once date/venue are locked (this is a longer, full-day commitment vs. our usual half-day $250 UGC rate, so budget will be scaled accordingly).
