Job Description

Envy Dance is growing, and we're looking to add talented instructors to our team for the 2026-2027 season! We host Ballet, Tap, Acro/Tumble, Jazz and Hip Hop classes for ages 3yrs-17yrs. We are seeking well rounded teachers that are great with all ages!
Location:
Mobile, AL •Please keep location and commute in mind before applying. We are currently building our instructional team for the upcoming season and have several openings available. Ideal candidates would be proficient across multiple dance genres: Ballet training and teaching experience are highly desired. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to build proper foundational training for dancers is a significant plus. Competition team coaching experience is highly preferred. Experience choreographing and training competitive dancers is a major advantage. Beyond technical skills, we're looking for individuals who are positive, professional, dependable, and passionate about helping dancers grow. Our ideal team members are collaborative, coachable, and excited to contribute to a studio culture built on respect, encouragement, and strong relationships with our staff, dancers and families. com Responsibilities include:
Running an organized, appropriate dance class for various levels in a structured, but enjoyable environment. Being responsible and reliable and on time (early) for all classes. Being able to communicate with the parents of students.
Responsibilities:
Inspire others to enjoy dancing. Demonstrate and teach dance routines. Help students develop new techniques. Be a creative and dynamic dance instructor. Teach others how to dance. Maintain excellent attendance.
