Voice Academy NYC is hiring a Vocal & Songwriting Coach! Voice Academy NYC is an established vocal school that has been training singers for over 15 years in NYC. We're looking for an energetic, positive and experienced singer/songwriter and vocal coach to teach our Group course on Saturdays for teens ages 14-19. The course meets Saturdays and combines vocal training, songwriting, creativity and performance. We're looking for someone who: Has professional experience as a singer/songwriter and vocal coach or music educator Can teach both voice technique, song performance and songwriting Plays piano and or guitar. Is comfortable working with teens at different experience levels. Creates a supportive, inspiring and fun classroom environment Is comfortable helping students develop and perform their own songs. There are also opportunities to teach private voice lessons as well.
