About the Position Allegro Music & Dance is an established, growing music and dance school with two Tucson locations. Our Eastside dance program is expanding, and we are looking for a hip hop instructor who can engage and motivate pre-teens and teens in a fun, structured class environment. This is an ideal position for: Experienced hip hop instructors Dance majors or performers Choreographers who enjoy working with older students Schedule (Required)

Thursday:

Afternoon / Evening (approx. 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM) Additional classes or days may be available as enrollment grows. What We Offer Steady stream of students (no need to find your own) Students currently waiting to enroll Front desk and scheduling support Recitals and performance opportunities Flexible scheduling as program grows Supportive, professional team environment Responsibilities Teach hip hop classes for ages 9-18 Create a high-energy, engaging class environment Develop age-appropriate choreography Build student confidence and performance skills Prepare students for optional recitals and performances Qualifications Strong hip hop dance background required Teaching or choreography experience preferred Experience working with pre-teens and teens preferred Ability to manage group classes effectively Reliable and consistent availability Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Ideal Candidate We are looking for a teacher who is: Energetic and engaging with students Confident leading group classes Creative with choreography and class structure Reliable and professional Interested in building a consistent weekly schedule Compensation $25-$35 per hour (based on experience) Opportunity to grow class schedule as enrollment increases.
