Full Job Description Description:
All Saints Catholic Church, a diverse and growing community of 3,000 families, is seeking a full-time Director of Music. In collaboration with the Pastor and Pastoral Associate, the Director of Music would oversee and execute the musical activities of All Saints Parish, including two adult choirs, children's choir, teen choir, hand bell choir and supervision of cantors and instrumentalists.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position must be an active practicing Catholic in in full communion with the Catholic Church. A Bachelor's Degree in Music preferred. A minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge of choral conducting and Catholic liturgical practices is required. Candidate needs to be proficient at vocals, piano, and at least one other instrument (preferably organ or guitar) and be familiar with singing and playing a variety of musical styles, from chant to contemporary Christian.
