Phoenix Campus Ministry City Director Decision Point Position Information Phoenix City Director will build, manage and lead a coalition of like-minded churches, pastors, and believers—rallying together to support a student-led gospel movement on school campuses across Phoenix and beyond. You will spend significant time in the field developing relationships with students, youth pastors, church leaders, and community partners while equipping young leaders to share the gospel on their campuses.

Application Requirements:

Full-time position (45+ hours per week) Significant local travel throughout the Phoenix area Regular travel to expand the movement and ministry on the west coast, and travel to existing or expanding ministry hubs in the country. Occasional travel outside the region for mission trips, ministry events, training, and organizational gatherings.
