Job Description

Resolve is seeking a talented and engaging Music Director to lead meaningful music experiences for individuals receiving behavioral health treatment. If you have a passion for music and enjoy using your talents to encourage, inspire, and connect with others, we'd love to have you on our team.
Must Be Able To:
Play guitar Play piano/keyboard Sing confidently while leading groups
What You'll Do:
Lead interactive music groups that promote healing, emotional wellness, and patient engagement. Perform live music while encouraging participation from patients. Develop creative music programming that supports therapeutic goals. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to enhance the patient experience. Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere through music and performance. Plan special music events and activities as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency playing both guitar and piano/keyboard. Confident vocalist with the ability to lead groups. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience performing for groups, leading worship, teaching music, or facilitating music activities is preferred. Behavioral health, mental health, recreation, education, or music therapy experience is a plus. Why Join Resolve Harmony?
