Job Description

Responsibilities:
"What would you say you do here?" Coordinate the activities of a multi-faceted department Schedule and coordinate production-related meetings Plan and execute events as needed Support all aspects of vocal recording logistics, including stage prep, talent coordination alongside Talent Relations and Casting departments, asset tracking, and post-session distribution of takes Organize all music assets across production, ensuring materials are uploaded and accessible Update and maintain all music trackers, keeping records current throughout production Conduct script breakdowns to identify and anticipate music needs Collect song info sheets and review cue sheets for accuracy and completeness Fulfill cross-departmental asset requests in coordination with internal stakeholders
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
"What do I need to have in order to do this job?" 1+ years prior experience in a music production or music assistant role Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally with composers, talent relations, post-production, and production teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including note-taking and meeting follow-up Familiarity with music licensing, recording session logistics, and SAG payment processes is a plus Proficiency with shared trackers, spreadsheets, and file management systems (e.g., shared drives, OMT-style documents) Must display ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Desired Qualifications:
" What can I offer?" Bachelor's degree in a music related field Animation experience a plus Experience with pro tools
