Job Overview Catholic Music Director Provides music services for the Catholic Service at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: playing, singing, and practicing music in collaboration with the Lead Chaplin. Requirement s 1 or more years of college in music performance (or related field), or equivalent years of experience leading music in a chapel/church setting. experience and knowledge playing contemporary Christian music. Rehearsals and Worship Services The contractor shall perform at services every week on Sunday, as well as participate in weekly rehearsals. All rehearsals and worship services will take place at the Vandenberg AFB. The contractor shall be notified at least twenty-four hours in advance of a projected move.
