Job Description St. Bart's seeks a part-time Vicar to lead a well-established, small congregation with spiritual grounding, warmth, and pastoral presence in beautiful North Central Florida. We are looking for a priest who will walk with us in faith, joy, and trust, and who will become a meaningful part of our mission family. We seek a Vicar who delivers engaging, relevant sermons that connect the Gospel to daily life. We desire a passionate leader who provides spiritual guidance and support to parishioners of all ages. Bart's needs an energetic leader who can help us extend a warm invitation to young and middle-aged families to join our family of faith. We seek someone who can identify, nurture, and empower lay leaders so ministry is shared broadly throughout the congregation rather than dependent on clergy alone. As a small but stable congregation, we look to the future with hope and excitement.
