Job Description

REAL ESTATE MASTER 21 LLC
is an online real estate education provider finalizing our state approval with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC). We are seeking an experienced Oklahoma real estate professional to serve as our designated "Instructor of Record" for our 90-hour pre-licensing course. Because our course is 100% online and asynchronous, this role requires zero live teaching, no Zoom lectures, no curriculum creation, and no exam grading. All educational materials and technical support are managed automatically by our platform. Your sole responsibility is to serve as the subject-matter expert on record to satisfy state compliance. You will simply be "on-call" to answer occasional student questions regarding real estate concepts or Oklahoma real estate law via email or phone.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the official OREC-approved Instructor of Record for our 90-hour online pre-licensing course. Be available during standard business hours to respond to occasional student questions via email or text within 24 to 48 hours. Maintain an active Oklahoma real estate license in good standing.
What You Will NOT Do:
No live classes or webinars. No curriculum design or slide creation. No exam grading or state reporting. No technical support (handled by our vendor). Required Qualifications (Strict OREC Mandates):
Active License:
Must hold a currently active Oklahoma Real Estate License (Broker or Sales Associate).
Experience:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of active real estate experience within the previous ten (10) years.
Good Standing:
License must be in good standing with OREC with no major disciplinary actions.
Documentation:
Must be willing to provide your real estate resume and sign the OREC Instructor Application (we cover all state application fees).
