Urgent Need in Buxton, NC for 2 clients In-Home Senior Care business serving Dare and Currituck Counties seeking: CNA, Nurse Aide 1 & 2, and PCA for Full Time, Part time and Overnights, PRN. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Duties As a Personal Care Aide, your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitoring and recording vital signs to ensure the well-being of clients. Providing memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments. Helping clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring as necessary. Medication reminders as prescribed and ensuring adherence to medication schedules. Supporting clients by promoting independence and dignity. Driving clients to appointments or social activities when required. Maintaining a clean and safe home environment. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: Experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred but not required. Knowledge of memory care techniques and vital sign monitoring is advantageous. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques. Familiarity with medication protocols is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
