  • Pharmacist Job Type Contract A healthcare facility in Berlin, NH is seeking a skilled inpatient pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting.
This role involves supporting diverse patient care units including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department, delivering a vital contribution to the facility's clinical services.
Schedule/Hours:
  • Monday
  • Friday, 7:00/7:30 a.m.
  • 4:30/5:00 p.m.
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation: Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 a.m.
  • 1:00 p.m.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and dispense medications accurately for inpatient populations
  • Support multiple hospital units including critical care, emergency, and maternity
  • Utilize Meditech and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation
  • Operate independently during weekend shifts, ensuring uninterrupted pharmaceutical services
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience required
  • Proficiency with Meditech preferred; familiarity with Omnicell is advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously, particularly during weekend shifts
