Responsibilities:

Dispense and verify medications accurately during night shifts Manage and adjust pediatric medication dosing according to weight and clinical protocols Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients Utilize EPIC and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal regulations, and pharmacy best practices Qualifications /

Desired Experience:
