Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery journeys and improve quality of life. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized physiotherapy treatments across diverse settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, and community care. Your passion for patient care and strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy will drive effective rehabilitation strategies, ensuring each patient receives compassionate, evidence-based care. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional limitations Develop and implement tailored care plans utilizing physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation Deliver hands-on therapy sessions to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function in patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transition from hospital to home or community settings Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, exercises, and self-care strategies to promote long-term wellness Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes for inpatient, outpatient, home health, and clinic-based patients Experience Proven experience working in acute care hospitals, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, or home health environments Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy principles Hands-on experience with care plans tailored to diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management Experience in discharge planning and coordinating care across hospital and community settings Knowledge of specialized therapies such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques Previous work in home & community care settings is highly desirable Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to restoring mobility and enhancing lives through expert physiotherapy!
Pay:
$45.25 - $54.49 per hour
