Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery journeys across diverse settings. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored physiotherapy interventions to promote mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Whether working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, or home health environments, you will be a key player in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life. Your proactive approach and clinical skills will drive positive outcomes for patients of all ages and conditions. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional limitations and develop personalized care plans aligned with medical goals. Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise prescriptions to facilitate recovery. Manage discharge planning processes by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transition from inpatient to outpatient or home care settings. Provide specialized care for diverse populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and those requiring acute or chronic care management. Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and health maintenance tips to support long-term wellness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to refine treatment strategies and optimize patient outcomes across inpatient, outpatient, hospital, home health, and community care environments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent credential from an accredited program. Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable jurisdiction. Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments demonstrating strong patient care skills. In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and various physiotherapy modalities including trigger point therapy. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and care coordination purposes. Experience working with diverse populations such as pediatrics and geriatrics; knowledge of orthopedics and geriatrics preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care plans. Pay:
$46.63 - $56.16 per hour
