Millwright - Industrial Construction & Grain Systems $27+/hour DOE | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity with One Company We are seeking an experienced, hardworking Millwright to join our industrial construction team. This is not a traveling contractor role bouncing between employers — this is a full-time opportunity with one established company working on grain elevators, bulk material handling systems, and industrial equipment projects. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, welding and fabrication experience, and enjoy hands-on industrial work, we want to hear from you. Position Responsibilities Install, dismantle, repair, and reassemble grain handling and bulk material equipment Work with conveyors, spouting, transitions, structural components, and related systems Perform basic arc/stick welding and fabrication work Read layouts, measurements, and construction plans Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Assist with crane and industrial construction activities Maintain organized job sites, trailers, and materials Complete material tracking and required job paperwork Work closely with crew members, foremen, and customers on active project sites Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures including lockout/tagout, fall protection, and confined space requirements Physical & Work Environment Requirements This is a physically demanding industrial construction position.

Candidates must be comfortable:

Working at heights ranging from 20 to 200 feet Lifting and carrying 50-75 pounds on a regular basis Climbing ladders, scaffolding, and large structures Working outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, dust, and noise Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, twisting, climbing, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Working around moving machinery, equipment, and vehicles Qualifications 3-5 years of millwright, industrial construction, mechanical, or related experience preferred Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred OSHA 10 certification required OSHA 30 certification preferred Ability to read and interpret plans and general layouts Strong mechanical aptitude and safe work habits Valid driver's license required Dependable, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and grow Schedule & Travel Full-time position Some travel to project sites required Crews may be away from home for 5-day increments, with occasional extended project schedules Weekend work may be required based on project demands Compensation & Benefits Starting at $27/hour or more depending on experience Stable, long-term employment opportunity Opportunity for advancement and skill development Safety-focused team environment If you take pride in quality work, value safety, and want to build a long-term career with a strong industrial construction team, we encourage you to apply.
